How do I use the Practitioner Trial Kit?

It’s up to you whether you instinctively choose a flower essence each to work with each morning according to what’s going on in your life or decide to take a course of each one in sequence. There are no hard and fast rules, and your intuition is always the best guide! Whichever Flower Essence you choose, take seven drops under the tongue, morning and night.

Similarly, you can also choose to vary the flower essence mist you work with according to your mood and circumstances, or to concentrate on one for a few weeks. Whichever flower essence mist you choose, gently spray it into the air around yourself or in your home, clinic or work environment 6-8 times every few hours, or as needed, avoiding direct contact with the face, skin and eyes.

TOP TIP: Create a layering effect by working with a flower essence and its matching flower essence mist simultaneously. We love doing this when our intention is to embody the healing energy of a particular flower or tree, inside and out.
