It's our famous positivity flower remedy, made exclusively by Tribe of the Tree from the Conesticks bush, a native Australian bush with uplifting energy that's on a mission to inspire you to choose to be optimistic.

Moment in Time™ Flower Essence: Moment in Time™ Flower Essence reminds you that there’s no time like the present, and encourages you to embrace it with an open heart and an open mind. This mindfulness-promoting flower remedy is made by Tribe of the Tree from the Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow bush, and helps to centre you when you're paying too much attention to either the past or the future.

Directions: Life of the Party™ Flower Essence Kit: Tune in to which of the flower essences in the Life of the Party™ Flower Essence Kit are most relevant for you right now. There are no right or wrong answers, so let your intuition be your guide – it might be one or both of the flower remedies in the kit! (If you can’t decide, we recommend that you start by working with Lighten Up, Buttercup™ for two or three weeks, then move on to Moment in Time™).

Once you’ve decided which flower essence or flower essences you’d like to work with, take 7 drops of each one under the tongue, morning and night (one at a time). Try holding each flower essence in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing it, and as you do, take a moment to reflect on your intentions and the shifts you’re getting ready to create in your life.
